Freight Network Engineer
Chuck Jorgenson is a freight network engineer with KSM Transport Advisors, LLC (KSMTA). Chuck’s focus includes providing freight network analyses and actionable solutions to KSMTA’s clients to enhance margins, gain efficiencies and drive down operation costs. He also leads the firm’s “less than truckload” (LTL) service offering which emphasizes consistent, insightful analysis and solutions for LTL engagements.
Chuck has nearly 25 years of industry experience providing intuitive solutions to freight companies. He has extensive experience as an engineer of linehaul planning for several complex nationwide transportation networks, including FedEx and Watkins Motor Lines. Prior to joining KSM, Chuck served as Director of Pricing and Analysis for Sunco Carriers and was responsible for analyzing their pricing and network needs.
Chuck received a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University with a dual major in industrial engineering and industrial management. He also earned a Master of Business Administration degree in strategic planning from Western Governors University.
ASSOCIATIONS AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Chuck is a member of the Lakeland Runners Club and regularly volunteers with local football and basketball leagues.
